Salary range: 70,000-100,000 PHP

Overall Position Objectives
As a Google Ads Specialist, this position aims to become the go-to resource for all things implementation and strategy, in the performance marketing / SEM paid search marketing space, including the setting up and problem-solving of conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities
– In charge of the Google Ads accounts, including the planning, setting up, optimising and budget management
– Continual optimisation and improvement of existing SEM paid search marketing campaigns, with the measurable outcome of increased cost efficiencies and effectiveness that aligns with the client’s business objectives.
– Set up conversion tracking: lead generation/e-commerce / Google tags / Google Data Studio
– Lead the development and implementation of new campaigns in clients’ SEM paid search marketing strategy.
– Responsible for producing monthly reports.
– Loom video reporting containing: Campaign performance and key metrics, suggestions, and action plans.
– Continuous identification and self-directed upskilling within the digital marketing space (based on business needs), specifically in reporting and broader performance marketing (such as programmatic advertising), but also across other disciplines such as analytics, UX, & CRO.
– Personal productivity, reliability and on-time performance in alignment with the productivity and on-time performance of the team.
– Personal communication in line with Bel. Digital culture and expectations.

Position Prerequisites
Requirements
– >5 years of experience in Google Ads – segmentation, account structure, bidding strategy, minimising waste, and technical tests.
– Detailed understanding of Campaign structure – Quality Score/Conversion optimisation.
– Confident configuring Conversion Tracking – Google Ads Conversion Sets, Google Analytics Goal Completions, Events and Enhanced E-commerce Tracking.
– Understanding of WordPress and how to configure tracking and/or make changes as required to improve the performance of campaigns.
– Confident in configuring Google Shopping Campaigns – Google feed setup, Shopify and Woocommerce and Google Merchant Centre troubleshooting.
– Strong client communication – the ability to create video reports, email clients, and create loom video updates for the client as requested.
– Have the drive & willingness to learn, following through with action for continuing education.
– Willingness to excel in your career and take on more work and responsibilities.
– Strong team and individual communication – the ability to jump on phone calls with the Bel, be available for team calls and outline issues and performance concerns.
– Data-driven – lets the data drive their actions, not emotions, able to diagnose data quality and conversion tracking concerns.
– Be self-motivated
– Ability to work autonomously.
– Confidence to bring issues to Bel when assistance is needed.
– Ability to monitor & use project management software (ClickUp & Slack) to manage workload & communicate with other members of the team.
