As a Google Analytics & Tag Manager Expert, you will be responsible for auditing client accounts and then identifying and implementing best practice strategies for data tracking in relation to Google paid advertising and website conversions. You will create new containers and accounts, set up conversion events, and ensure accurate data monitoring. Your role is crucial in helping our clients understand their data and make informed marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Audits and Optimization:
Audit and optimize existing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setups for clients.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all accounts.

2. Setup and Management:
Create new Google Analytics and GA4 properties, containers, and accounts.
Implement best practices for data tracking, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection.
Set up and manage pixel tracking and conversion events across various platforms.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze and interpret Google Analytics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Create and customize reports and dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio and DOMO to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

4. Strategy and Implementation:
Develop and implement measurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with Google’s cookieless tracking solutions and ensure compliance with new data privacy regulations.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Google Analytics, including setup, configuration, and advanced features.
Expertise in creating and managing Google Analytics 4 properties.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with Google Tag Manager for streamlined tag implementation and management.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their impact on analytics tracking.
Familiarity with other Google tools, such as Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, and Google Search Console.
Experience with DOMO for advanced data visualization and reporting.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certifications required.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages is preferred.
Understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on tracking implementation.
