Tasks & Responsibilities:

Develop and create marketing materials (custom graphics, infograprics, social media posts, brochures, online advertisements, etc.) while ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
Proofread, and edit content across different mediums
Design marketing materials both in digital and in print formats
Produce/edit imagery for various marketing materials, including digital and in print
Coordinate relationships with print cendors, including preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval
Coordinate all administrative aspects of production including preparing final designs, checking designs are print/web ready and meet all brand guidelines
Create social content in both graphic and video form
Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Skills/experience required to do the role:

Graphic design, preferably with agency experience: 2+ years (Required)
Video production/editing, preferably for social media: 1+ years (Required)
Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat or Figma (Required)
Microsoft Office Proficiency, especially Excel and Powerpoint (Required)
Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing or related discipline and/or proven work experience (Preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and effectively handle changing priorities
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
Ability to meet multiple project deadlines
Detail and Task-oriented
Exceptional written communication (English)
Experience in proofreading English text
Demonstrated initiative
