Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for design and a proven track record of delivering visually compelling work across various platforms, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
-Develop and create visually stunning designs for brand work, package design, logos, advertisements, digital ads, social media, and print materials.
-Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence in campaigns spanning social media, websites, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
-Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to execute high-quality designs that meet project goals and deadlines.
-Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software to produce top-notch design work.
-Apply a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles to all design projects.
-Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
-Create motion graphics, edit videos, and contribute to UX/UI design projects as needed.

Requirements:
-Proven experience (5 years) as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
-Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
-Experience working with brand work, package design, logos, ad creation, digital ads, social media, and print materials.
-Proven experience in multi-channel media design.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software.
-Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
-Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
