Manukora is seeking a dynamic individual to join our innovative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Manukora, you will work directly with our marketing teams based in LA and New Zealand to develop high quality assets across our digital channels.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
Creating captivating visuals for Facebook ads that grab attention and deliver impactful messages.
Designing engaging landing pages that drive conversions and leave a lasting impression.
Crafting visually appealing emails that resonate with customers and drive desired actions.
Developing captivating assets for social channels.
Collaborating with the team to optimize visual elements for maximum impact on target audiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 6 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and successful outcomes.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in After Effects is preferable.
Solid understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Creative flair and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs.
Adaptability and openness to receiving feedback and making revisions to designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the creative team and clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English communication is a prerequisite, as clear and effective English communication is integral to seamless collaboration with the creative team in LA, California.
Familiarity with digital marketing and an understanding of how design impacts user experience and engagement is a plus.
