Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Graphic Designer to take a leadership role in visually communicating our mission to help individuals in recovery build meaningful careers. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for transforming existing graphics to better align with our brand’s identity but will also provide strategic direction and mentorship to the design team. They must possess a keen eye for detail, an in-depth understanding of design principles, and a portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visuals with a compassionate touch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and specifications, ensuring that visuals resonate with our mission.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the design team, elevating the quality and impact of our visual communications.
Adapt and refine existing graphics to harmonize with On A Dime Transformations’ brand guidelines, infusing them with empathy and inspiration.
Craft visually captivating designs that effectively convey information with clarity and compassion, understanding the sensitive nature of our audience.
Generate graphics for a range of platforms, including digital, print, and social media, with a focus on evoking hope and positivity.
Conceptualize and present innovative ideas to the team, seeking feedback and approval, and ensuring that every design reflects our mission of recovery and career-building.
Assure that all designs align seamlessly with the brand’s messaging and values, offering support and encouragement to those on their recovery journey.
Keep abreast of design trends and best practices, infusing fresh perspectives into projects while staying sensitive to our target audience’s needs.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met consistently, and maintaining a high level of quality and empathy in all designs.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar leadership role.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse array of design projects, with a focus on projects that demonstrate empathy and understanding.
Profound understanding of design principles, layout, and typography, with a compassionate approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, displaying empathy and support for colleagues and clients alike.
Strong communication skills for effectively presenting and elucidating design concepts with empathy.
