Mystique is a fast-paced brand agency based in Toronto, Canada. Small and not-so-small business owners and managers come to us with a shared drive – to take their brands to the next level.
As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing various design projects, including but not limited to logo design, branding collateral, website design, digital marketing campaigns, pitch decks, email templates, case studies, infographics, social media assets, and more.
As a Senior Designer, we rely on you to deliver your design projects promptly and efficiently, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
Daily tasks may include:
• Design or redesign an identity for a product, service or organization
• Create visual identities (logos, colours, fonts), print media, packaging, online campaigns, websites, applications and much more
• Developing ideas and strategies that show insight and innovation
• Contributing to pitches for new business
Requirements
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Personable and friendly
• Diploma/degree in a graphic design program
• 5+ years of experience in brand design working with both print and digital (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetics and design principles in layout design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledgeable in working with RGB and CMYK
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and organized
• Video or Animation skills are a plus
Hours and environment

• 40 hours a week of billable time
• Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday) allow for a work-life balance and hours that suit you.
• May be required to work extra hours to meet project deadlines. However, you would be given time off when possible to match the extra hours invested
Annual Salary between 830,000 to 870,000 Philippine Pesos depending on references, portfolio and experience.
Benefits include two (2) weeks of paid vacation in years one and two. Three weeks (3) paid vacation in year three.
