Role: Senior Graphic Designer
Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (160 hours monthly)
Rate: $1,500 USD -2,000 USD monthly

What you’ll do
The company’s Senior Graphic Designer is tasked with executing the design of various print materials, working autonomously alongside an Associate Creative Director and occasionally collaborating with a Studio Artist to prepare files for print. This individual must possess strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment with dynamic deadlines and deliverables.
Execute creative, solid print design solutions (mostly point-of-sale material) in a fast-paced environment.
Manage multiple workflows and requests with competing deadlines.
Organize requests, working with the account team to deliver exceptional work.
Think critically about the task – uncover the “why” to form better creative solutions.
Prepare mechanical files for print alongside a studio artist – managing a lot of detail from retouching to layout/composition.
Communicate constantly with the account team to ensure expectations are clear and deadlines are met.
What you should have
Minimum of 4 years of agency experience as a designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of the print production process and experience in file preparation.
Exceptional design fundamentals, including typography, composition, and layout.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Ability to multitask effectively, even amidst frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
Collaborative mindset, working well with other creative and account team members.
Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; a major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines is highly preferred.
