Adam Miconi, founder of Rebel Ape Marketing, and Jonathan Lauer, owner of Lightchild Media, have joined forces to create XYZ Marketing, a full-service marketing agency that combines their expertise in website development, branding, SEO, video production, and advertising.

Prior to establishing XYZ Marketing, Adam and Jonathan had been collaborating on projects, referring clients to each other to provide a comprehensive marketing solution. Adam’s websites were generating significant traffic, but engagement was low. Meanwhile, Jonathan was producing exceptional videos that often remained underutilized on hard drives due to the lack of a proper platform.

As their working relationship grew, they realized that their skills were complementary and that by working together, they could create highly engaging and converting websites and landing pages. However, clients were questioning the need for two separate invoices. To streamline the process and provide a seamless experience for their clients, Adam and Jonathan decided to merge their businesses and form XYZ Marketing.

Since its inception, XYZ Marketing has become one of the leading marketing agencies in Utah, thanks to the combined expertise of its founders and their dedication to delivering exceptional results. The company has grown into a powerhouse, serving clients nationwide, from California to New York and everywhere in between.

With a strong foundation and a commitment to excellence, XYZ Marketing has ambitious plans for continued growth and success in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing.

**Job Summary**

Welcome, Graphic Designers! 

My Name is Jonathan Lauer, I am the Co-Owner of XYZ Marketing along with Adam Miconi. We are one of the leading marketing agencies in Utah, USA. Our mission is to help business owners scale their companies to one million dollar a year and beyond. We would love driven candidates to be proud to be a part of helping our clients achieve goals beyond anything they could have imagined.

We are looking for a new team member who we can build a long term (many years) relationship with.

**Responsibilities**

We believe in the Leader/Leader mindset vs. the traditional Leader/Follower mindset. We hire leaders that are driven, see what has to be completed, and does whatever it takes to complete the tasks at hand.

The following are the responsibilities of the graphic designer:

• Reviewing onboarding documentation
• Introducing themselves to the client as their point of contact for all graphic design. 
• Ongoing client communication during the life of the project.
• Coordinating projects to make sure they are completed on deadline and at the highest quality possible.
• Working with the content writer to make sure the design and content resonate and are as persuasive as possible to drive conversions.

Work with the developer to make sure designs are able to be developed quickly and function properly. 

Create visual assets, for example:
• Branding guides
• Logo designs
• Concepts
• Visual Designers
• Signage
• Packaging
• Landing Pages
• Websites
• And more. 

**Application Knowledge**

Though we use a variety of programs to complete our designs, we like to consider ourselves “Software Agnostic” which means we are willing to continue to learn and use the best program available to complete the project. 

However, there are a few applications we would like you to have expert skill at. 

• The Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Figma
• Canva

**Requirements**
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field or 3+ years of experience. 
• A portfolio that shows usage of the Principles of Design and understanding. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• The ability to spearhead a project and see it through to the highest level of completion. 
• The ability to find missing information and research topics without needing additional help.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work American hours.
• Ability to work fast within strict deadline constraints.
