Senior Graphic Designer

We are a multi-million dollar Australian Cosmeceutical Skincare and Mineral Makeup brand looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our marketing team. Our mission is international growth and we are currently launching in the UAE, USA and other areas.

We are looking for a designer with a flair for creative messages and original designs.

The role requires a PASSION for skincare and makeup and a strong understanding of good marketing practices including:

– Operating within brand guidelines
– Understanding the customer
– The need for call to action and upsell strategies
– The ability to grab the attention of the reader and produce outstanding creatives that captivate the reader.

You will be working on:

– Print and digital marketing materials
– Website visuals
– Our Education Platform
– Packaging (Bottles, Tubes, Boxes)
– EDMs/Newsletters

THE FOLLOWING ARE ESSENTIAL (PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR OURS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE)

1. Minimum 3 years experience in graphic design across multiple channels and media.
2. The ability to adapt to changing trends and embrace new technologies and techniques
3. Minimum 1-year experience in cosmetics and/or skincare
4. Experience in working for a European/Australian/USA Brand
4. A passion for skincare and makeup (you must understand it and use it to love it)
5. Pride in your ability to produce exceptional work
6. A strong work ethic and commitment to making our brand the one that stands out beyond all others,

You must also have a suitable PC and work area with high speed internet access

This is not a role for a beginner – we are looking for a seasoned professional.
You MUST be a good team worker – our team has no room for disharmony.
