Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with our content developers and web development team to design and create engaging visuals for our website and eLearning platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference and a keen eye for design that communicates effectively and enhances learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and produce graphics, layouts, and visual elements for our website, eLearning content, and marketing materials.
– Collaborate with the content development team to understand project requirements and create designs that align with educational objectives and brand guidelines.
– Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
– Ensure all graphics and designs are optimized for various devices and web standards.
– Provide creative input on projects, including suggestions for visual improvements and innovations.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion, within tight deadlines.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in eLearning and web design.
– Preference will be given for candidates that also demonstrate experience with e-learning and animation video design.

Qualifications:
– Professional training or education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
– Proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in web and digital media design.
– Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite).
– Experience with web design and multimedia content creation (knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus).
– Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
– Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
