With a minimum of 5 years of experience under your belt, you’ll have the chance to collaborate on exciting projects and help shape the visual identity of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire design journey, from inception to final delivery.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD, to bring concepts to life.
• Exhibit a strong grasp of logo design, branding, and visual identity.
• Showcase expertise in UI/UX design for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate digital creativity standards.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Mentor interns and junior designers, assisting them in their growth.
• Maintain stringent quality standards to ensure superior design outputs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in strategizing creative approaches for client acquisition.
• Perform pre and post-production quality checks.
• Meet project deadlines for all creative deliverables.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
• Attend meetings as required to contribute valuable insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience working with a design firm.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Profound knowledge of the graphic production process.
• Comfortable thriving in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Capable of independently managing projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with HTML, WordPress, and motion graphics is a plus.
• Possess a creative mindset with a diverse design portfolio.
• Expertise in layout, typography, and conceptual design solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work setting.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive monthly retainer of $800. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent.
