We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who specializes in branding, UI/UX design, and has a background in tech, automotive or mobility-related projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at working closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation, and possess a keen understanding of how branding and user-centered design intersect to create impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion, with a strong focus on branding and UI/UX design.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure design integrity in the final product.
Understand and incorporate automotive industry trends into design concepts and strategies.
Create compelling and user-friendly design solutions for a variety of digital platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design staff.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding, UI/UX, and automotive or mobility projects.
Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, particularly in branding and UI/UX.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in working with developers and understanding of development processes.
