Senior Graphic Designer (for fast growing eCommerce brand) – $700-$1200/mo

Do you love creating images that catch people’s eye? We are a UK based party decoration brand with an eco-friendly mission. We offer beautiful, creative products in the UK, EU, and USA. We are looking for a design magician to make products come alive on customers’ screens. Outstanding images are crucial in the eCommerce landscape. Your work will have a real impact on our small, fast growing brand. This is a full time, long term, remote position.

This role predominantly involves designing our Amazon product images (infographics, lifestyle composites, etc), as well as our Amazon brand content and store front design. The right candidate could also get the opportunity to work on our website, D2C shop design, branding, packaging, and even on designing our products.

You will work independently, collaborating closely with the founder of the brand (creative director). You will have fun indulging your creativity as well as your perfectionism, using a number of qualitative and quantitative feedback techniques to create the perfect image. You will become an expert in high converting design.

Responsibilities
– Creating Amazon product images. This will involve retouching product photos, creating attractive infographics, and creating composite images using stock photography combined with our product photos to produce realistic lifestyle images.
– Designing our Amazon branded content and store front.
– Designing social media assets and other marketing collateral.
– Website and Shopify store design.
– Ensuring consistency in brand identity and maintaining a high level of quality across all designs.
– As an optional plus, ability to improve our existing packaging design as well as designing new packaging.
– As an optional area to grow into, designing our party decoration sets consisting of banners, 2D and 3D paper decorations, streamers, etc for a number of different occasions and holidays.

Requirements
– At least 3 years experience as a graphic designer. Experience within the eCommerce space, a big plus.
– Strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
– A high degree of expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
– Ability to retouch photos and create realistic product lifestyle image composites.
– Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, colour theory, typography, and composition.
– Dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Excellent attention to detail (start your application / reply with the words “Party time!”).
– Strong communication skills (good spoken and written English).
– Good workstation and internet speed.
