Responsibilities:
-Develop design concepts that align with clients’ objectives, expectations, and branding for both digital and print collateral.
-Design visually appealing graphics for various media platforms, including social media, email marketing, websites, print collateral, and marketing materials.
-Ensure consistency across all platforms (digital and print) by adhering to brand guidelines and developing cohesive branding and messaging.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, including revisions, final deliverables, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
-Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print collateral, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, flyers, and posters, while staying current with industry trends and best practices.
-Continuously learn and stay current on industry trends and best practices in design, digital marketing, and print production to ensure innovative and fresh design work.
Important Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
-5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
-Strong portfolio showcasing your design work for digital media platforms.
-Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
-Experience working with clients and meeting project deadlines.
-Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Work Schedule and Holidays:
This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, with flexible specific days. We operate in the Pacific Time Zone GMT -7, and at least half of your working time should be spent during the day in our time zone. If transitioned to a full-time position, you will be eligible for 10 paid holidays and qualify for vacation and sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
Perks and Benefits:
