Senior Graphic Designer to build Power Point Sales Decks

Position Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer – Sales Decks Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate our brand message, value proposition, and product offerings. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their objectives and translate them into impactful visual designs that engage and captivate our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality sales decks, presentations, and related collateral that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to understand requirements and develop creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages.
Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics, charts, diagrams, and other visual elements to enhance presentation content and storytelling.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating sales decks and presentations.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint or Keynote.
Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across various mediums.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers is a plus.
Knowledge of animation and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is desirable but not required.
