Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing ecommerce brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creating compelling visuals, and a proven track record of producing highly converting social media ads. In addition, you will play a key role in crafting engaging and effective landing pages using the Gempages Shopify app. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring our brand’s vision to life and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible to take your own initiative to make improvements throughout the site, social media pages, advertisements, etc. You will have lots of creative freedom to use your best judgement to create assets to improve our brand. This is meant to be a long term position with growing pay in accordance to your efforts, skill, and ultimately, your creativity.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop captivating social media ads that align with our brand identity and drive high conversion rates.
Create visually stunning and user-friendly landing pages using the Gempages Shopify app to enhance customer engagement and optimize sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for ad campaigns and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design strategy.
Ensure all design materials maintain brand consistency and adhere to established guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media ad campaigns and landing page designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
Familiarity with Gempages Shopify app or similar tools for landing page creation (optional, but preferred if you have experience, otherwise you will have to quickly learn how to use page builders, which is easy).
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Driven initiative for consistently improving the business overall within the scope of your work.

Question 1: Provide an example of a social media ad campaign (OR landing page design) you’ve worked on that resulted in a significant increase in conversion rates. Explain the design choices you made and the strategies you employed to achieve this outcome.

Question 2: Imagine you’re tasked with creating a landing page for a new product launch using a Shopify page building application (such as Gempages). Describe the key design elements you would include to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

Question 3: Please review our brand’s site at and our Instagram page @revomadic. Propose creative suggestions/changes/feedback to our branding, styling, and/or posts/ads.

Question 4: How do you feel about taking initiative on making improvements throughout our brand as you see fit?

Question 7: How do you stay organized with tasks? What programs, if any, do you use/have used in the past?
