We are currently in need of a world class Senior Graphic Designer to join the team of an esteemed cybersecurity company in Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and producing visually compelling, and brand consistent graphic elements across a wide range of platforms including print, digital, social media, and web, and will have to work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns, ensuring design aligns with marketing objectives and strategies.
The successful candidate must be exceptional creative and innovative, has acute attention to detail, outstanding communication and presentation abilities, a self-starter with the ability to work independently and can handle multiple projects, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Design Excellence: Lead and produce visually compelling and brand-consistent graphic elements across a wide range of platforms including print, digital, social media, and web.
Cross-platform Mastery: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of various platforms and media, ensuring designs are optimized and adaptable.
SEO Expertise: Craft designs with a superior understanding of SEO principles to enhance online visibility and organic reach.
Publication Ready: Prepare and adapt graphics, pictures, and documents for publication across different mediums ensuring the highest quality and compliance with relevant standards.
Document Creation: Design and produce a variety of documents for applications including MS Word, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-specific software.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns, ensuring design aligns with marketing objectives and strategies.
Web Development: Managing and enhancing our web presence.
Communication Prodigy: Engage with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment in design objectives and outcomes.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our brand competitive and fresh.
Education and Work Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of professional senior experience in graphic design and marketing.
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field.
Proficiency in a wide range of design software including Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with tools like MS Office, and other industry-standard applications.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding and application of SEO principles in design.
