Senior Graphic Designer with Social Media Experience (US Experience Required)
Pay Rate: $900-$1,000 a month + 13th month
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm US EST (9pm – 6am Philippine Standard Time)
Primary Objective: We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with Social Media and Content Writing experience to work with and manage our brand. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the company. You will be responsible for managing our brand image in a cohesive and universal way. You will be reporting to our Marketing and Art Director.
Responsibilities:
OVERALL:
– Create and design marketing collateral such as infographics, client presentations and social media and blog postings
– Convert blog and article content into actionable PDFs for email marketing campaigns
– Manage posts in LinkedIn
– Create, edit existing, and deliver presentations in Google Slides for sales as needed
– Must be a self starter who can see what needs to be done and get it done effectively with minimal supervision
– Will attend meetings as needed and do daily check-ins.
CREATING CONTENT:
– Promoting services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with the company’s brand and social media strategy
– Create Website content posts and blogs
– Must have Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Experience, and be proficient in designing innovative content
– Previous experience with Blog writing
SOCIAL MEDIA OVERVIEW:
– Monitor social media and company website metrics
– Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
– Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns
– Ensure branding is consistent
Requirements/Skills:
– 2 Years in a Graphic Design Marketing Role or similar
– Knowledge of social media analytics tools and Google Analytics preferred
– Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
– Demonstrable SEO keyword and hashtag research knowledge
– Adequate knowledge of graphic design principles and creation platforms such as Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, etc.
– Well-organized with a “get sales”-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently and ahead of schedule..
– LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience a plus
– MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH US COMPANIES and US hours.
