Senior Graphic & UX/UI Designer

Hiring creative Senior Graphics & UI/UX Designer!!!

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT with a 1-hour lunch break.

We are seeking a seasoned and highly creative Senior Graphics & UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience designing graphics, interfaces, and creating engaging digital experiences.

What will you be doing:
– Develop and maintain a consistent design system across multiple digital platforms
– Design visually appealing and effective graphics for websites, applications, and various media
– Designing unique and client-specific logos and brand guides from scratch
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that meet business objectives
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts
– Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
– Stay current with industry trends and technology to bring new and innovative design solutions to the team
– Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their designs
– Present design concepts to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions based on feedback
– Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in graphic and UX/UI design
– Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and experience in creating user-centered designs
– Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate design solutions effectively
– Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior designers
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
– Excellent organizational and project management skills
– Knowledge of what developers can and cannot do for the web
– Passion for design in general with an understanding of critical core concepts
– Experience in the Shopify and WooCommerce platforms is highly preferred.
– Experience presenting materials to clients professionally
– Excellent written/spoken English skills so that you can easily collaborate with our team
– A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet, and power if working remotely
