CARECONNECT IS LOOKING FOR A REGISTERED NURSE OR SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A SENIOR HOME CARE COMPANY.

I am looking for SOMEONE WITH SENIOR HOME CARE experience. Must have worked for a Senior Home Care or Home Health Care Company for a minimum of 1 year. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING AND MARKETING FOR A SENIOR HOME HEALTH CARE COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SENIOR HOME CARE.

Must have good, clear, ENGLISH SPEAKING AND WRITING SKILLS. Must be well versed with computers and technology. MUST HAVE RELIABLE INTERNET/WIFI CONNECTION!

We are looking for someone to start IMMEDIATELY! Serious inquiries only! THIS IS NOT A SHORT TERM POSITION . THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME WORKED IN THIS ROLE IS 6 MONTHS. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT TO 6 MONTHS OR MORE!

Job Responsibilities include:

-Responsible for recruiting and interviewing caregivers.
-Responsible for creating marketing material for the company.
– Responsible for quality assurance initiatives for clients and caregivers.
– Responsible for maintaining and managing company website and social media platforms.
– Responsible for general administrative tasks.
-Responsible for collaborating with the clinical team, operations and executive leadership in performance management of the field staff
-Demonstrates a thorough knowledge and adherence to company policies and procedures
-Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems; uses initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions
-Maintains an excellent rapport with patients and caregivers and effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships
