Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Handle employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Required Skills:

Exposed to different facets of HR like payroll and employee engagement; but has extensive experience in leadership training: preparation and developing training modules, procedures for current and new employees, can present well, and with good communication.
Experience in manufacturing industry (strict requirement)
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels
Additional Notes:

This position will be working with one of the leading manufacturers of locks, locking systems and architectural hardware.
Working Set-up: Onsite.
Mondays to Fridays.
