Work Overview:
Company: Based in LA, Pacific Time zone
Contract: Independent Contractor – Full Time
Work hours: Usually, 8PM-5AM (Manila Time)
Location: Remote Work – WFH Set-Up
Leaves: 5 paid leaves/year (accrual on the 1st year)
Holidays: US Public Holidays
Salary Evaluation: after 6 months
Allowances: $100 ($20 starting)

Position Summary:
As a Senior HR Practitioner/HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing human resources strategies that align with the company’s goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on the outsourcing industry, and will bring a wealth of knowledge in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Employee Relations:
– Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive
workplace culture.
– Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

2) Performance Management:
– Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
– Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and contribute to the development of performance
improvement plans.

3) HR Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with Independent Contractor Agreement and other laws that apply.
– Conduct regular audits to assess and mitigate HR-related risks.

4) Training and Development:
– Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and implement effective training programs.
– Facilitate leadership development initiatives to nurture a strong and capable leadership team.

5) Outsourcing Industry Expertise:
– Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the outsourcing industry to tailor HR strategies that align with industry best practices.
– Stay informed about trends and developments in HR within the outsourcing sector.
– Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet business objectives and growth plans.

6) Policy Development:
– Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and evolving organizational needs.
– Ensure consistent application and enforcement of policies across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.

2) Experience:
– Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant focus on the Outsourcing industry.

3) Leadership Skills:
– Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

4) Communication Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.

5) Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.

6) Tech-savvy:
– Must be proficient in Google Workspace, Zoho CRM, and Zoom.
