Senior HR/Recruitment Staff

The Successful Applicant
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and strong collaborator
• Critical thinker who is proactive and resourceful
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred

Your Responsibilities
• Create and execute efficient multi-channel strategies to source candidates, including internal firm network, external resources, and market outreach
• Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
• Manage internal and external hires.
• Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates in presentation and short-list process
• Candidate relationship management
• Ensure best quality delivery through the full search process
• Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition
• Recruit, train, and develop junior recruiters
• Expert in HR forecasting
• Able to set policies, rules, and guidelines for the company
• Able to lead company activities

Your Qualifications
• 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in human capital consulting or management consulting environment
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
• Proficiency in using an applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
• Superior project management abilities in managing searches with minimal guidance
• Bachelor’s degree
