About the role:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our organization by overseeing various aspects of talent management and HR operations. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will ensure a seamless recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Additionally, your responsibilities extend to employee relations, retention, performance management, training and development, payroll administration, HR compliance, and data management.
Minimum Requirements: SHRM, Payroll Processing, 3+years management experience
Talent Acquisition
>> Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs
>> Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which includes:
Sourcing
Screening
Interviewing
Establish an automated and efficient onboarding process for new hires, company-wide
Employee Relations & Retention
>> Act as first-line point of contact for employees
>> Contribute to the development and implementation of new (and old) HR policies
>> Facilitate resolution of employee related issues
Performance Management
>> Team lead in the creation of a comprehensive performance plan
>> Work with department heads for employee specific performance improvement plans (PIP)
>> Provide guidance and support to all employees regarding performance management
Training and Development
>> Identify specific training needs and requirements
>> Implement specific training programs as needed
Payroll Administration
>> Handle weekly payroll for our US Employees
>> Handle weekly payroll for our PH employees
>> Research and implement automated global payroll tool such as Deel
>> Work with finance regarding sales commission automation tool such as QuotaPath
HR Compliance
>> Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
>> Ensure company compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Data Management
>> Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
>> Generate reports and analyze HR metrics.
