Job Description:

Do you develop quick relationships over the phone? Are you VERY comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation? Are you so good on the phone that people call YOU just to talk?

This is a work from home sales position, following up on existing clients, nurturing previous clients for referrals and nurturing qualified leads. Join a team of other inside sales agents supporting one of the top real estate teams in Canada.

The people who do well in this position are knowledgeable, have good client management, communication and organization skills. If you have a quality track record as an ISA and the necessary skills we have a great place on our unique team for you!

Key Activities and Assets of an Inside Sales Agent
• Communicates very effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.
• Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
• Ability to learn sales scripts to the point that they are second nature.
• Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.
• Conduct follow-up on any potential leads.
• Track all appointments made once handed off to Agent.
• Prospect for new clients on a daily basis.
• Willing to be held accountable for goals/results.
• Track weekly goals and progress.
• Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
• Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, systematic, and detail-oriented.
• Strong phone voice.
