Job Description

The IT project coordinator will work with an existing team of project managers and coordinators to answer and route customer support requests, escalate calls as needed, as well as assign and dispatch them to it field service technicians.

Qualifications

-High actions per minute, and typing speed scores
-High emotional stability
-High persistence, perfectionism, and pride in ones work.
-Knowledge of technical jargon, including i.t support terminology
-Strong knowledge of USA geography, including regional differences and metro areas.
-2+ years experience working with USA customers in a customer support role
-2+ years experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, or other role that requires coordinating, scheduling, and planning resources
-Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems, dispatch, or field service software.

Responsibilities

-Answer client support tickets, emails and phone calls in a professional manner
-Plan and route support requests to it field service technicians
-Escalate field service problems to team leads and managers
-Provide an extremely responsive level of customer service to enterprise customers
-Serve as a technical resource for other project coordinators
-Negotiate service rates on company’s behalf with it field service technicians and clients dependent on geographic area.
-Build rapport and long term relationships with company clients, and it field service resources

Salary

44000 + 13th month, internet + sss reimbursement, company and personal KPI bonuses. After 3 and 6 month, mandatory evaluation and raise depending on performance.

This position is 100% WFH, third shift (9am-6pm CST)
You will be required to work Philippines holidays (with overtime pay), and have USA holidays paid off
