Job Purpose:
The Senior IT Support Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of our clients’ IT infrastructure, providing top-notch technical support and problem-solving expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in the Microsoft cloud and Windows endpoints.
Manage network configurations and ensure system security.
Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
Train and mentor junior IT staff.
Document technical procedures and issue resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of IT support experience, proficiency in Windows operating systems, strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

Work Environment:
This is a fully remote role. The employee must allow CRAG to install our security software on the employee’s computer as a condition of employment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $1500 per month.

Reporting Structure:
The Senior IT Support Specialist reports to the Operations Manager and will mentor junior support specialists and work alongside them.
