We at Lawgistics are expanding our market both up and out and need additional skilled technicians and managers to help achieve our vision on a larger scale. This team member will be an integral role in our company that provides IT support to laws firms throughout the U.S.

The position:
Take complex escalation issues from lower tier technicians. Work with our service team to resolve root cause and other deep technical problems. Improve processes and standards to provide a consistent client experience. Troubleshoot server and network infrastructure issues. Ensure your assigned clients’ systems are protected through security best practices, security controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Qualified candidates MUST be able to communicate with clients and co-workers on both technical and non-technical levels, be confident in their abilities, be willing to apply their knowledge daily, and have the mindset to dig into deep issues and find solutions.

Work Experience:
• IT experience: 4 years required; 6 years desired
• MSP experience: 2 years desired

Print services
NTFS permissions
Hyper-V
Active Directory
GPOs
Azure AD sync
Administration of O365 platform
SharePoint
Teams
Azure experience
Azure networking
VM administration
Storage management
Automation experience
Use of automation software to increase efficiency and effectiveness
PowerShell experience
Support of remote access solutions
Firewall implementation and high-level troubleshooting
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with complex networking concepts
Familiarity with VoIP systems
Experience with backup and disaster recovery
Azure/O365/Windows certifications a plus
