**Senior LinkedIn Outreach Manager**

At this moment, we’re in search of a Senior LinkedIn Outreach Manager who not only has a profound understanding of LinkedIn outreach and sales but also possesses exceptional managerial skills. This role promises competitive hourly compensation, supplemented by a rewarding commission-based incentive program.

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**
• Develop and oversee targeted LinkedIn outreach strategies aimed at prospective clients.
• Lead and manage a team responsible for conducting lead qualification and follow-ups.
• Ensure effective utilization of our GoHighLevel system for lead tracking and management.
• Facilitate and secure appointments for our CEO with well-qualified leads.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance the outreach program.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and effectiveness in lead generation.

**Who I’m Looking For:**
• A motivated and insightful individual, ready to take on challenges and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within LinkedIn outreach or a similar field.
• Over 5 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent command of English, ensuring flawless communication both within the team and with potential clients.
