We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives that support the business objectives across various customer types and personas.

The Marketing Coordinator will have a deep understanding of marketing strategy, be proficient in project management, possess strong communication and writing skills, and have experience working with various digital marketing channels.

This is a FULL-TIME ROLE.

Requirements:

– Marketing Strategy
As a Marketing Coordinator, you need to have a deep understanding of marketing strategy, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning. You should be able to develop and execute effective marketing plans that meet Misio’s business objectives across the Misio Customer types and Personas.

– Email Marketing
Strong knowledge in email marketing, including planning email campaigns, creating workflow diagrams, automation workflows,
segmenting lists, and A/B testing. You should be able to develop and execute effective email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

– Campaign Management
You should be able to manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising. You should be proficient in project management tools and be able to develop and manage content calendars.

– Content Creation
Create compelling content that aligns with Campaigns, and the overall marketing strategy, including video, news, events, social media, emails, podcasts, and whitepapers. You should be proficient in copywriting and have excellent grammar and spelling skills.

– Digital Marketing
Familiar with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. You should be able to plan, develop, execute, and measure effective Campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.

– Analytics
Proficient in marketing analytics, including data analysis, reporting, and tracking. You should be able to use tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and identify opportunities for improvement at both the Campaign and content level.

– Brand Management
You should be able to manage the brand, including developing brand guidelines, creating marketing collateral, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

– Event Planning
You should be able to plan and execute in-person and digital events, including trade shows, conferences, podcasts, and webinars. This includes coordinating logistics, developing event agendas, supporting keynote presentations, and managing team members and vendors.

– Market Research
You should be able to conduct market research, including competitive analysis, customer surveys, and if required focus groups.

– Communication Skills
You must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with other teams, communicate marketing plans and ideas effectively, and give presentations. You should also have strong writing skills.

– Project Management
You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including creating Campaigns, content, and project plans, establishing timelines, and monitoring progress. You should be able to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively maintaining an accurate record across all areas.

– Creativity
A creative mindset and the ability to develop new and innovative marketing ideas. You should be able to think outside the box and develop unique marketing campaigns that differentiate you from competitors.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
– At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on email marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, analytics, and event planning.
– Proficient in project management tools, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics.
– Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
– Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

– Hubspot CRM, Salesforce (or similar)
– Notion (or similar)
– Slack (or similar)
– Miro
– MS Office / Google Suite
– Canva
– Hootsuite / Socialsuite (or similar)
– Google Analytics
– Ad Accounts: Meta, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn
