Job Description

Who Are We?
Future of Learning is a performance marketing agency focusing on holistic paid marketing strategies to drive measurable growth for our clients. We work with big online educators optimizing toward student success and eCommerce clients looking to expand from grassroots to a household name. Our employees are past entrepreneurs, big thinkers, and strategists trying to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. We have in-depth knowledge around paid acquisition with over $50 million on Facebook & $25 million on AdWords to our names. As a company, we have more data, results, and insights than anyone in our specific industry. One month working here is equivalent to about a year of normal media buying experience at a typical agency. Our goal is for you to own a media channel within 3 months. However, you will start by providing support to the senior members of the buying team.
What You Will Do:
•Conduct market research for clients and present findings to your team.
•Absorb, analyze, and communicate every client’s voice to ensure our advertising assets resonate with their brand.
•Brainstorm and develop content ideas independently or alongside other team members and, occasionally, clients.
•Create copy that supports the needs and goals of cross-channel marketing strategies, including ads for Facebook, Google, landing pages, scripts, emails, and more.
•Conduct hands-on bid optimization; develop and implement bid strategies, audience testing, and ad copy testing to meet and exceed ROI targets.
•Communicate A/B test results and recommendations from tests with the team and senior leadership.
•Provide an in-depth understanding of metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM).
•Working closely with the Senior Media Buyers to drive growth through paid media campaigns.
•Learning about and staying current on new channels, software, and best practices.
What Killing It Looks Like:
•Success in your first month looks like: having full awareness of your ad accounts’ performance, writing copy and building ads in a timely manner, preparing pre-call homework for weekly client calls, and working with your team to ideate on creative concepts.
•Success three months in looks like: optimizing ad accounts, taking full ownership over at least one ad account, writing ad copy and emails for multiple clients, preparing pre-call homework for weekly client calls, and understanding what success looks like for clients.
•Success six months in looks like: the ability to onboard new clients, ideate new ad campaigns based on past account best-performing sales, implement a series of high-impact a/b tests with high relative success, and run weekly calls with the client directly without a senior buyer on the call.
What You Will Bring to the Table:
• You have experience managing $100,000 USD per month in paid media budgets.
• You have experience meeting or exceeding ROAS goals, overseeing paid budgets, and establishing ROI frameworks.
• You are fluent in these areas: YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel reporting.
•You can present written arguments or big ideas in an attractive, digestible way.
•You can self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority.
•You can identify trends and turn data into actionable business insights and hypotheses.
•You can tell a story via qualitative and quantitative methods using analysis tools like Excel.
