Job Summary:
As a Senior Marketing Manager at RWR Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing strategy and overseeing all marketing activities across our network of specialist recruitment agencies. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with franchise networks to develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to effectively target B2B and B2C audiences across various industries.
Franchise Network Support: Work closely with franchise partners to understand local market dynamics, provide marketing guidance, and ensure brand consistency across all locations.
Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the RWR Group brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, track ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on innovation and excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
-Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management roles, preferably in the recruitment or related industry.
-Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful B2B and B2C marketing strategies and campaigns.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower cross-functional teams.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
-Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
