Job Title: Project Manager, Full-time
Department: Sales and Marketing
Pay-Rate: $1,000 + 13th-month bonus.
Salary Increase: Up to 10?ter 90 work days or upon proof of proficiency in outlined tasks.

Summary:
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inbound sales communication, delegating tasks, and optimizing workflows with project management software.

This role demands strong leadership, going beyond a virtual assistant’s scope. In the interview, be ready to demonstrate your work and proficiency with program management software and additional tools that you have previously used.

Responsibilities:
– Program management: Proficient using Trello, Slack, Zapier and other relevant project management software.
Website management: Use WordPress to update the company website with news and updates, images, promotional material, and program schedules.
– Customer service: Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and messages from various platforms from clients and prospects.
– Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, programs, pricing, and availability.
– Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, manage client expectations, and assign team tasks. Establish accurate timelines for project completion and ensure tasks are within project parameters.
– Sales and marketing: Reach out to organizations to introduce and promote our programming. Proactively generate leads by making cold calls to previous clients and organizations. Schedule appointments for clients and facilitate their enrollment in programs.
– Social media: Create engaging content for posting on the company’s social media channels using provided material.
– Advertising: Utilize Canva to design advertisements for online and print use.
**BONUS**: Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere (or other professional video editing software).
– Reporting: Regularly email clients with weekly updates.

Additional tasks:
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
– Create detailed SOPs about company procedures and policies for future reference.
– Document training material to create manuals for future staff.

Requirements and Skills:
– Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
– Software: Proficiency in Trello, Zapier, Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, email and text automation.
– Communication: Excellent spoken English and confidence in speaking on the phone. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
– Time management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
– Organization: Solid organizational skills to maintain order and efficiency in work processes.
– Availability: Must be available 7AM – 3PM EST Monday – Friday. Hours occasionally vary depending on season/workflow.

**Bonus skills**:
– Video Editing Proficiency for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
– Proficient in photo editing using Adobe Photoshop.
– In-depth understanding of soccer and passion of the sport.
