Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our residential mortgage lending business. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all marketing campaigns and content creation efforts to enhance our brand presence, attract potential customers, and promote our mortgage lending services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in social media advertising, email advertising, and text advertising, with a talent for creating captivating video, text, and graphic content. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and can be part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and drive lead generation for our residential mortgage lending business.
Create compelling marketing content across diverse platforms, including social media, email, and text advertising, to engage and resonate with our target audience.
Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to foster audience growth and interaction.
Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, from crafting persuasive copy to segmenting target audiences and analyzing campaign performance.
Develop and deploy impactful text advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce engaging video content, including scriptwriting, filming, and editing, to support marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing and executing marketing campaigns for a residential mortgage lending business.
Extensive expertise in social media advertising, email advertising, and text advertising.
Proficiency in creating captivating video, text, and graphic content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive copy and communicate ideas effectively.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
