We are a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing agency seeking a highly experienced Senior Media Ad Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in media buying, with expertise in platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and possibly other channels.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Media Buying Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across various platforms to meet client objectives and maximize ROI.
2. Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and potentially other platforms.
3. Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets across different campaigns to achieve desired outcomes while staying within client budget constraints.
4. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising platforms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
6. Communication: Communicate effectively with the rest of our media team, providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements:**
1. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying, with a strong focus on Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. Experience with additional platforms is a plus.
2. Results-Driven: Proven ability to deliver measurable results through effective media buying strategies.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
