Who We’re Looking For
Passionate Senior Media Buyer with a love for creating and managing Google and Facebook ad campaigns.
This is a full-time remote position, perfect for someone who:
Loves digital advertising work and is committed to excellence in campaign management.
Has excellent people skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
Possesses a proactive mindset, constantly seeking new ways to improve and achieve results.
Eager to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week during the night shift (9PM – 6AM PH Time) to align with our US clients.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage effective advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve marketing objectives.
Efficiently manage budgets to maximize return on investment.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and technologies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Strong portfolio in Google and Facebook advertising.
Expertise in digital advertising platforms, analytics, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a remote setting independently and as part of a team.

SMART EXPECTATIONS
Develop and Execute Targeted Advertising Campaigns:
Specific: Create at least 5 new targeted ad campaigns per month for various clients across Google and Facebook.

Achievable: Apply best practices in budget management and utilize optimization tools provided.
Relevant: Efficient budget allocation is crucial to maximizing campaign ROI and overall marketing success.
Time-bound: Review and adjust budgets at the start of each month based on the previous month’s performance.

Stay Updated with Trends and Updates:
Specific: Dedicate 5 hours each month to learning and staying current with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Measurable: Implement at least two new strategies or tools learned from this ongoing education into campaigns each quarter.
Achievable: Utilize company-provided resources, such as webinars, online courses, and industry publications.
Relevant: Continuous learning is essential for maintaining competitive advantage in digital advertising.
Time-bound: Share key learnings and updates with the team during monthly meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Provide Comprehensive Reports and Insights:
Specific: Compile and deliver detailed performance reports for all managed campaigns, including insights and optimization recommendations.
Measurable: Enhance report clarity and usefulness, aiming for a 95% satisfaction rate from stakeholders on report quality.
Achievable: Use reporting tools and templates provided by the company to standardize and streamline the reporting process.

Time-bound: Ensure reports are delivered within the first 3 working days following the end of each month.

Demonstrated expertise in budget management, with a knack for maximizing campaign effectiveness while minimizing costs.
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating campaign strategies and results to both team members and clients.
A commitment to staying informed about digital marketing trends and platform updates, with certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint considered a plus.
