Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Media Buyer to join our marketing team. As a Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and inbound sales calls. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and proficiency in media buying platforms and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute media buying strategies that align with marketing objectives and drive inbound sales calls.
Source and negotiate with media vendors to secure advantageous advertising placements and rates.
Efficiently manage media budgets and allocate funds across digital and traditional channels.
Monitor campaign performance closely, optimizing strategies to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct thorough audience research and utilize data-driven insights to target relevant demographics effectively.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologies.
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, optimizations, and impact on inbound sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role, demonstrating successful media campaign management for 4+years.
Strong understanding of media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs) and their functionalities.
Ability to analyze campaign data and metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize performance.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey strategies and results.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving inbound sales and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies is advantageous.
