As a company, we have more data, results, and insights than anyone in our specific industry. One month working here is equivalent to about a year of normal experience at a typical agency.
What You Will Do:
•Conduct market research for clients and present findings to your team.
•Provide quality assurance to ensure that we communicate our client’s voice in our advertising assets.
•Brainstorm and develop content ideas independently or alongside other team members and, occasionally, clients.
•Provide an in-depth understanding of metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM).
•Conduct hands-on bid optimization; develop and implement bid strategies, audience testing, and ad copy testing to meet and exceed ROI targets.
•Communicate A/B test results and recommendations from tests with the team.
•Working closely with the Senior Media Buyers to drive growth through paid media campaigns.
•Learning about and staying current on new channels, software, and best practices.
What Killing It Looks Like:
•Success in your first month looks like: having full awareness of your ad accounts’ performance, preparing weekly reports for client calls, and pushing information to streamline our acquisition’s team workflow.
•Success three months in looks like: optimizing ad accounts, taking full ownership over at least one ad account, preparing weekly reports for client calls, pushing information to streamline our acquisition’s team workflow, and understanding how to forecast to client goals.
•Success six months in looks like: the ability to onboard new clients, ideate new ad campaigns based on past account best-performing sales, and run weekly calls with the client directly.
What You Will Bring to the Table:
•Ability to solve problems with a balance of strategic thinking and detailed execution.
•Ability to present written arguments or big ideas in an attractive, digestible way.
•Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority.
•Ability to identify trends and turn data into actionable business insights and hypotheses.
•Ability to tell a story via qualitative and quantitative methods using analysis tools like Excel.
