Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Media Buyer & Ad Creatives Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive media buying strategies to promote our services and expand our brand presence across various channels. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute strategic media buying plans across digital, print, and other relevant channels to effectively reach our —target demographic and achieve marketing objectives.
-Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for media placement and optimization.
-Negotiate with media vendors to secure favorable advertising rates and placements while maximizing budget efficiency.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audience segments, and key performance -indicators (KPIs).
-Create engaging and persuasive ad creatives, including copywriting, design, and multimedia content, that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
-Develop unique offers and promotions that differentiate our services and drive customer interest and loyalty.
-Optimize ad creatives and messaging based on performance data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
-Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media buying and advertising to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying, ad creatives development, or related roles, preferably in the automotive or local business industry.
– Proven track record of planning and executing successful media campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms.
– Deep understanding of media buying principles, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
Proficiency in utilizing media buying tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms.
– Excellent creative skills with the ability to conceptualize and produce engaging ad creatives that drive results.
– Strong experience in creating unique offers and promotions that resonate with target audiences and drive customer acquisition and retention.
– Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.
– Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Passion for automotive industry trends, detailing, and enthusiast culture is a plus.
