Building a Media Empire: Be the Leader!

This is more than just an editing job; it’s a leadership opportunity. You’ll be the cornerstone of our new media team, responsible for crafting a captivating YouTube channel inspired by shows like “Building Off the Grid.”

As the Senior Motion Graphics Designer/Editor, you’ll wear two hats:

Master Editor: You’ll seamlessly weave together long-form and short-form video content, transforming raw footage into binge-worthy episodes and engaging social media snippets. Think dynamic cuts, killer transitions, and a healthy dose of humor (think memes and gifs!).
Motion Graphics Maestro: You’ll be our resident wizard of 3D rendering and animation. Breathe life into architectural plans with stunning visuals and create professional graphics that elevate our brand.
Who We’re Looking For:

Editing Ninja: A minimum of 5 years of experience editing video content (with 15+ AP points a huge plus!) and a mastery of industry-standard editing software (think Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
3D Design Guru: Experience with 3D modeling and animation software is a must. You’ll be the mastermind behind our eye-catching graphics.
Leadership Legend: This role is all about building a team. You’ll have excellent communication skills, a knack for fostering collaboration, and the ability to inspire others.

Architecturaholic (with a Wink): You have a genuine passion for architecture and construction, but don’t take yourself too seriously. You understand the power of humor and social media trends and can seamlessly blend professionalism with a touch of fun.
Bonus Points for:

Experience editing content for shows like “Building Off the Grid” or similar programs.
A proven track record of building and leading successful teams.
A portfolio that showcases your editing and motion graphics skills.
