YOUR ROLE
*Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to significantly increase Cuba Buddy’s brand awareness and customer base.
*Identify market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
*Oversee all marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
*Responsible for the analysis and reporting of key marketing metrics, providing strategic recommendations for marketing performance optimization.
*Independently plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns, including events and promotions, focusing on overall brand success.
*Manage and strategically align all social media channels and website content
*Areas you’ll manage include newsletter marketing, SEO, SEA, event management, partner management, agency *communications, design project coordination, content management, media management, print marketing, social media, PR.

YOUR PROFILE
*Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
*Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a dynamic and growing environment.
*Skills: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.
*Motivation: Highly motivated to build something exceptional with us.
*Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively.
