YOUR IMPACT

Your work is at the heart of our success. As a key member of our team, you’ll be directly influencing our brand image, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

Efficient Order Processing: Manage all aspects of order processing with our Hong Kong suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Your efforts here will directly boost customer satisfaction and contribute to our company’s reputation for excellence.

Return, Refund & Chargeback Processing & Support: Handle returns, refunds and chargebacks through customer support with speed and empathy. Your role in shaping a positive brand image is crucial.

Connecting Clients to Tech Support: Our providers offer tech support for their products. When a customer is in need of help, you will have to connect them to the provider, e.g., through Whatsapp Groups.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively and strategically contributing to the optimization of the order processing system, the return, refund & chargeback processes and the improvement of the customer experience through suggestions and ideas. We listen to you!

YOUR PROFILE

Shopify Experience: You must have +2 years of experience with Shopify, as it’s the software the website runs on (ideally, but not mandatorily you also have experience in and Asana).

High Level of English: Fluent in both written and spoken English, capable of delivering outstanding customer service via email.

High degree of responsibility taking: Ready to take significant responsibility and eager to contribute meaningfully to our success.

Proactiveness: As you will be the responsible person for Order Processing & Return, Refund & Chargeback Processing & Support, we expect active proposals on how to optimize and improve the processes.

Automotive Enthusiasm: Knowledge of vehicle brands or a passion for aftermarket car parts is preferred but not required.

BENEFITS

Competitive Salary: A strong monthly salary of USD 1250, plus paid national holidays and an additional 5 days of paid vacation per year.

Consistent Schedule: Your working times will be from 1PM-9PM GMT+8 to align with our suppliers and customers. This will be a 40h/week position.
