Senior Paid Ad Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads expert to join our agency, helping multi-location digital marketing clients for local home and professional small businesses and e-commerce clients in the US.

Skills Requirements:

– Ability to review a funnel, landing page, or checkout process and provide constructive criticism.
– Expert level of experience with e-commerce Google and Meta Ads
– Expert level of experience with Googld and Meta Ads for Home and Professional Service Industries
– Familiarity with project management systems.
– Experience working with mid-sized clients with four-figure or five-figure monthly budgets.
– Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
– Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and high problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent interpersonal skills with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, learn new skills and processes efficiently, work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity in fast-paced environments.
– Basic Facebook Ads campaign management skills are a bonus.
– Experience working in an agency across multiple accounts.
– Availability to work the graveyard shift following CST US time zone with an 8am-5pm CST shift M-F.

Daily Tasks Include:
– Creating and managing paid search campaigns, PMax campaigns, and display campaigns on Google Ads. You should excel at -search term report review, campaign strategy, feed management, and increasing ROAS.
– Creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This includes developing ad creatives, setting up targeting parameters, and optimizing for performance.
– Conducting keyword research, changing ad copy, adjusting bid strategies, and performing account maintenance tasks.
– Customizing and building out Google and Meta ad campaigns.
– Performing audits for PPC campaigns across Google and Meta.
– Handling ad-hoc admin tasks such as adding or removing, and exporting offline data into campaigns.
– Creating and maintaining dashboards/reports using templates and metrics provided by the client.
