Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Traffic Specialist to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertising platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram. A bonus would be experience with localized ad campaigns on platforms such as Hulu, Spotify, TV ads, and radio. The primary goal of this role is to effectively drive traffic to websites or local events and support our clients’ marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
– Plan and execute localized ad campaigns on Hulu, Spotify, TV ads, radio, and other relevant platforms.
– Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
– Collaborate with company owners to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for localized advertising.
– Create compelling ad copy and visuals to enhance campaign effectiveness.
– Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Paid Traffic Specialist with a strong portfolio of successful past work.
– Senior-level expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram advertising.
– Experience with localized ad campaigns on Hulu, Spotify, TV, radio, and PR type advertising – or the confidence to figure it out with little guidance/direction.
– Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Ability to work independently and take strategic direction from company owners.
– Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
– Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
