Our firm prides itself on being transparent, adaptable and focused on our clients’ needs. We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist to join our growing team.
As the Senior Performance Marketing Strategist you will be pivotal in shaping business growth for our clients through dissecting marketing and business problems, analyzing competition and audiences and building strategic end-to-end ad and marketing campaigns.
You are someone who understands the nuances of performance marketing and is able to use both an analytical and creative approach to solving client growth challenges. You are probably well-versed in direct response tactics and marketing psychology and know at least some of the names on this list without Googling: Ogilvy, Kennedy, Brunson, Kern, Schwartz and Hormozi. You are comfortable speaking strategy with clients and stakeholders at the highest level including marketing teams, founders, VPs, CEOs and investors; but you can also put your head down and strategize, monitor accounts and provide feedback and management to internal teams.

Responsibilities
– Analyze and diagnose clients’ marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement
– Review other team members’ work, providing constructive feedback and strategic oversight
– Act as the primary strategic contact and trusted advisor for key clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships. Ensure consistent communication and understanding of their evolving business needs and objectives, developing original strategies and recommendations to solve client challenges
– Work collaboratively with internal teams to advise or directly manage digital and performance marketing channels across PPC, SMM, SEO, Display, and other channels.
– Collaborate with media buyers, designers, writers, creators, and specialists to implement marketing plans.
– Produce detailed reports, strategy reviews, and future recommendations for our clients.
– Regularly review and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve strategy effectiveness. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ROI.
– Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and gather insights that inform client strategies. This includes analyzing competitor strategies, identifying market opportunities, and understanding emerging consumer behaviors.
– Actively participate in weekly client and internal meetings, guiding decisions to maximize client investment and outcomes.
– Regularly report on KPIs to the founder and CEO, contributing to the company’s success.
– Stay ahead of marketing trends, sharing insights to propel company-wide innovation.
– Create insightful creative briefs with embedded client nuances
– Assist as needed on internal projects, including outbound and inbound sales funnels

Skills Required:
– 5+ years in marketing execution, preferably with agency exposure.
– Demonstrated success in various marketing domains, including digital and social platforms.
– Exceptional skills in digital advertising planning and media buying, including with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.
– Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
– Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex marketing challenges and drive successful outcomes.
– Solid grasp of business metrics and client objectives.
– Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
– Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
– Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present strategies and insights clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
– Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– High level of attention to detail in all tasks.
