HIRING! Senior Personal Assistant for a Client in the United States
Either Full time or Part time
Work Schedule: Flexible hours but available to work on EST as needed with previous notice – Monday to Friday
Salary: $800 – $1,200/ month fixed rate
Qualifications and requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any courses/ College level is welcome to apply (with PA or EA experience)
– VA experience for at least one (1) year
– 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant would be advantageous.
– Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
Project Management Tools, CRMs and Dialers
– Advanced typing, note-taking, recording, researching, and reporting
– Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
– With US based customer service experience is a plus
Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for CEO and someone who can provide comprehensive support to the client’s professional and personal life. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, researching, reporting and handling correspondence on behalf of the client. You may also be required to make travel arrangements, do his daily errand and assist with other duties when required.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: managing and organizing the employer’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
2. Communication and Liaison: Senior PA act as a primary point of contact for the client, managing incoming and outgoing communications. Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
3. Travel and Logistics: PAs coordinate all aspects of business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
4. Event and Meeting Coordination: PAs assist in planning and organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
5. Miscellaneous Tasks: PAs handle various ad-hoc tasks such as personal errands of the client, managing household matters, conducting research on the requested need of the client, or assisting with personal appointments.
6. Confidentiality and Discretion: Personal Assistants are entrusted with confidential information, and must exercise utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
