Role
As a SR PHP Laravel Developer, you’ll be responsible for the continued development of a new agency application, with primary focus on implementing backend custom functionalities and ensuring optimal performance, security and scalability of the website. You will utilize your expertise in PHP and database management, particularly MySQL, to create robust solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and users.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the leadership & development team to understand website requirements and implement functionalities required for the website.
Contribute to continuous integration and deployment, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Suite of tools for efficient code management and deployment.
Participate and conduct code reviews with the team to promote knowledge sharing across the team.
Develop and customize server-side logic and extensions for application.
Optimize and organize data structures as we build to provide a highly performant, easily extendable, scalable, and secure solution.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
Contribute to an agile development environment, and help solidify team culture and standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Conduct thorough testing of the website across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms to ensure cross-compatibility and responsiveness.
Implement and maintain database schemas, ensuring data integrity and security.
Stay up to date with the latest Laravel Framework and other relevant technological developments.

Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with expertise in Laravel framework.
Proficiency in PHP, Laravel + React + Inertia framework, and database management, particularly MySQL.
Excellent understanding of GitHub Suite for CI/CD best practices throughout the deployment cycles.
Understanding of Click to view and other front end technologies, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment.
Schedule will overlap during business hours with US hours, Pacific Time.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read, understand, and contribute to technical documentation and contribute to code reviews effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
C1+ English Skills, written and verbal communication.
