## The Role:
– Leading your teams creation and execution of high-impact PR strategies
– Source podcast, newsletter, blog, conference, and other media/PR opportunities
– Delivering 8+ opportunities per month to each entrepreneur
– Coordinating appearances, ensuring entrepreneurs are well-prepared
– Guiding the writing and approval process for interviews, guest posts, and other press materials
– Continuously optimizing our PR strategy across various digital channels
– Publish Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly trends reports to help entrepreneurs with their social media
– Publish Weekly and Quarterly reports on each entrepreneurs progress and the impact/reach of their appearances
– Develop and maintain relationships with influential media contacts
– Work directly with successful entrepreneurs to develop their personal media relations strategies.
– Present a Quarterly strategy update with recommendations for each entrepreneur
## The Requirements:
– Proven experience as a PR Strategist, Media Relations, or similar role
– Experience managing a global remote team of 2-4
– Proficiency in leveraging AI (GPT-4, ChatGPT) and automation (Zapier, Make) technologies in PR work
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines
