JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•Attend internal meetings to capture notes, action items, deliverables, and follow-ups
•Create tasks in ClickUp with action items and delegate across the team
•Own project management for internal operations and support the team with tracking and completing their tasks
•Quality check our recurring tasks / processes and identify opportunities for improvements
•Understand our company goals and priorities in order to effectively anticipate deliverables, follow-up to drive forward progress, and assist in re-prioritization when necessary
•Provide a summary of observations and recommendations to the CEO on how to improve the overall thriving of the company team and operations
•Protect CEO’s time and involvement and provide support and solutions when possible
•Partner closely with the finance + team success + client success departments to coordinate and collaborate on various needs •across the organization
Oversee our resource library management and collaborate with other team members to make changes to our training documentation and SOPs
•Take ownership of additional duties and special projects, as needed

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
•3+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager / Operations Manager / Chief Of Staff or any similar role.
•Has experience in supporting the CEO or COO in making strategic, executive decisions with personnel.
•You learn quickly, like, really quickly. You can grok what’s needed for a task or project with a minimal amount of context and details.
•You excel at balancing being thorough and efficient in a 100% remote work environment with multiple projects at various stages.
•You are highly skilled at self-management. You’ve developed your personal organization workflows so that you meet deadlines while still being flexible for emergent re-prioritization.
•You are reliable and ensure others always know what you are doing, by when, and proactively follow-up about action items you are waiting on.
•You take pride in refining your communication so it is clear and concise, both written and verbal, and especially the ability to delegate tasks to a wide range of people.
•You have a strong internal drive to exceed expectations, self-resource, and take initiative.

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time // Tuesdays to Saturdays 10PM to 7AM Philippine Time
Salary Range: PHP 60,000 – PHP 100,000 monthly, Depending on experience
